Are all of your products vegan?
Yes! Everything we make is 100% vegan, dairy-free & egg-free. We are able to accommodate other dietary restrictions, just let us know during your initial inquiry. Bemarie's will not be held liable for any illness if any, after consuming our cakes or confections.
How much notice do you need for orders?
We typically ask for 4-6 months notice for wedding orders and a minimum of 2 weeks notice for all other orders. We will accommodate a last minute order should we have the availability.
Do you have a storefront?
No. We make everything out of our home-based kitchen. We do not have products readily available as everything is made fresh to order. You are able to pick up from our home business address in Bradenton 34202 by arrangement.
Do you offer gluten free options?
We offer a delicious GF Chocolate Cake and GF sugar cookies.
Do you deliver?
Yes. Delivery is subject upon our availability, for an additional fee. We service the Sarasota/Bradenton and surrounding areas.
How to keep/store our product?
Cakes need to be refrigerated until about 1-2 hours before serving as they are best enjoyed at room temperature. The length of time will depend on the size of your cake, the bigger the cake the longer it will need to sit out. Avoid placing cake in direct sunlight as it could cause the buttercream to soften and melt. Left over cake can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge from 2-3 days.

Cookies have a shelf life of about a week. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
